Hello, my name is Noel Chingcuangco. I am the "caretaker" of this website.

This site was created back in 2005 as a result of a collaborative effort from many Chingcuangcos. Special thanks to Joe, Joyce, and especially to Lolo Bening. from whom most of the information on this site came from.

Since its creation, our family tree has grown to include hundreds of Chingcuangcos around the world. More importantly, this site introduced us to many Chingcuangcos we otherwise did not know existed. This site gave our family an online community and presence.

But the lack of updates both in our tree and photo gallery these last couple of years left our site a little too stagnant and made me realize that as online technologies evolve, our online community needs to evolve as well.

The latest evolution in web technologies, I think, had come in the form of social networking sites. Hoping that we continue our family's online presence, I took the liberty of creating a Chingcuangco group in facebook. I also started our family tree in Geni. I hope that you join us online.
